What we do

Instruction works with UK real estate professional services firms: surveyors, property consultancies, agents and the businesses that manage property. We find where AI will help, build it, and say plainly when it won’t. Most of what we build runs on Microsoft: Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and Azure, with AI models built into the tools property teams already use. The founders bring over 35 years of combined experience in professional services, property and technology.

Why work for us

You’ll be one of our first in-house hires, working directly with the founders and with property clients. Each build is yours from the first conversation through to go-live, and firms are using it within weeks of starting. Over time you get to know one industry in depth: valuations, leases, utilities, compliance and the data behind them. Our first products are starting to come out of that client work. The role is based in South Africa and works mostly UK hours.

We’re a small team that gives clients a straight answer, even when it costs us work. We’d rather know real estate deeply than do a bit of everything. Everyone talks to clients, everyone’s view counts, and we expect people to say early when something isn’t right.

Our engineering process

Every engagement follows the same steps:

Spark: a short first conversation about the firm’s problem. Audit: a fixed-price review of where AI fits, with a costed plan. Build: short cycles with a working version early, shown to the client often. Momentum: ongoing support and improvement once it’s live.

We also run training for client teams. On every build, security and data handling are designed in from the start, because property firms hold sensitive client and tenant data.
