What we do
Innovation Group manages critical incidents in the car and home on behalf of the world’s leading insurers, brokers and fleet managers, together with warranty and service plan provision for many automotive manufacturers globally.
In South Africa we provide warranty and service administration for 80% of the automotive industry, including most of the world's leading manufacturers. We manage 120,000 government fleet vehicles, handle some 2,500 insurance claims monthly, and also provide services to three of the country's four major banks.

We aim to hire people that enjoy what they do and who they do it with. This means we look for individuals who love to be challenged and who love thinking outside the box.
Our interview process is twofold:
- Shortlisted candidates are invited to complete a technical test; and
- Candidate who successfully complete the technical test are then invited for a one-on-one interview
