Our Hiring Process

Our hiring process is designed to be straightforward and efficient.

1. Initial conversation with OfferZen.
2. Technical assessment and technical interview facilitated by OfferZen.
3. Final interview with Indigo's leadership team, focusing on culture, communication, and leadership fit.
4. Offer stage.

For this opportunity, we're open to either a 12-month Contract-to-Permanent engagement or a Permanent appointment from day one, depending on the candidate and what makes the most sense for both parties.
