What we do

Incredibility started off as a web-design and marketing company, way, way back in 2002. Since then we've evolved into a company that not only markets sites for clients, but creates, develops, and markets it's own products and services.

We've built our business around data-management, lead-generation, and marketing (pay per click, social media, SEO, email, SMS, etc) and work in the financial services sector mainly. We're also branching out into international markets and developing products for aspiring independent musicians.

Why Work For Us

We're not the biggest agency in the world, so you won't be niched into a box and expected to do boring repetitive tasks. Everyone pitches in and there's heaps of scope for learning and getting to exercise and use your skills in all facets. We also work with a lot of freelancers, so you'll be getting exposure to a widely diverse group of people across the planet, from the UK, Spain, US, Spain and Singapore.

We've also been able to scoop up a few awards ... in 2015 we were voted the Best E-Commerce Company in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East by the Business Excellence Forum. In 2016, we won the same award for Southern Africa, and in 2017 we were a finalist in the Job Creator of the Year category.

Our Culture

Some would say we're laid back. Others would say we're a little nuts. We like to think of ourselves as being Capetonian - which means we don't mind taking time off to relax when we can. But when there's work to be done, we all jump in to get the job done. We're project focussed and task orientated - which means we set up jobs with deadlines, and as long as you meet those deadlines, the rest of the time is yours. We're not clock-watchers. We don't expect you to clock in at 8am and clock out at 5:30pm with two tea breaks and a lunch. (That sort of thing is left behind in the 20th century).

You'll probably be working from home - but if you want an office desk, we have one for you - which is pretty close to the beach ... it is Cape Town, of course.

We have staff meetings that happen every week/fortnight ... and you'll be expected to attend those (free coffee ... so why not?)

The general rule is: if you meet your deadlines and Key Performance Indicators, we're not going to bug you much. If you'd prefer to work a fixed 8am to 5:30pm, then you should probably look elsewhere. (Yes, sometimes we have high pressure tasks that require a little work outside office hours.)
