I Am App is an authorized reseller and service provider of the Appian application platform. Appian is a market leader in modern business process management and case management software. Appian delivers an application platform that unites users with everything they need to do their jobs better – all the data, all the processes, all the documents and all the collaborations – in one environment, on any device, through a simple social interface.

I Am App provides Appian software engineering and support services to a number of blue chip companies across several countries. We build Appian applications that are available for purchase on the Appian Marketplace and are constantly looking for opportunities is expand the ecosystem around Appian.

Our Engineering Processes

I Am App follows an Agile approach to developing software with a high focus on continuous delivery. Careful thought is applied throughout the delivery process to ensure that we continue to improve our process as well as the quality of the software we build.

Our Hiring Process

• Step One : You will be provided with a questionnaire and a short coding assignment in the language of your choice to complete on your own time. Don't stress, there are no right or wrong answers.
• Step Two : You will meet with the founder of I Am App digitally. We will talk about a number of things including your past, present and future as well as ours.
• Step Three : If you're still interested, you will be provided access to Appian's online academy and our cloud environment. You will have a week to complete some of the required training and build some cool things. Although we value what you already know we value that which you do not know ( yet ) more...specifically, how quick you are to learn new things.
• Step Four : If you've made it this far, well done! You will meet the founder face to face and discuss the finer things in life and what the future holds.
