We build products for mobile operators and device manufacturers throughout Africa. Our products range from gaming to dating, from sport to cultural and religious services that work across USSD, SMS, Mobile Web and Apps.

Our Engineering Processes
It differs per product and per team. Each have their own way to best manage what needs to be delivered. However, let's throw in some buzz words here to fill the slot.
We love agile, scrum, kanban. We definitely believe in MVP and design / test driven development.
We use JIRA, Confluence and Slack for managing projects and internal comms. We have built a number of cool Slack bots to keep feedback to us and keep things humming along.
Our Hiring Process
It's quite casual. Come in for an interview, let's have a grown-up conversation about who we are, who you are, and whether or not we can do some amazing work together. If we both feel that we are a match then we will make an offer and you're in.
We have a proper induction process for new team members and we have started running a number of weekly workshops to up-skill the team in a number of areas and languages. We definitely want to help everyone in the team be their absolute best.
