We believe in having fun at the office (or from home) and enjoying your work. If you don't enjoy what you do, you will never produce something amazing. To keep it simple, our company culture is the antithesis of corporate cultures. At Hubtiger there are no working hours, no allocated leave days, no dress policy, no formalities and no hierarchy. Each Hubtiger member (we don't believe in the "employer" and "employee" relationship) just needs to meet their targets. Simple as that.
We also believe that each Hubtiger member has a voice and should add strategic value to the company. The weight of the founder's opinion is exactly the same as that of the janitor. If the janitors reasons are better, then the janitors opinion will prevail.
Essentially our culture can be summed up in the following sentence: have fun in the pursuit of an amazing product.
