Our Hiring Process

We have a 3 step interview process:

1. 1st interview we look at your skills on a very basic level, making sure that you have the basic skills we need.
2. 2nd interview we go into more detail and look at what level you are with the systems and code you are familiar with.
3. 3rd interview you will meet 1 member of our team and either our CEO or COO.
