We help managers and teams communicate, decide, and solve problems better by understanding how different people think.

Why work for us

You'd be a senior IC on a small engineering team, owning significant surface area on the platforms that deliver HBDI to a global enterprise customer base. The work has real impact — organizations make hiring, team-design, and leadership decisions based on what you ship. You'll work directly with the VP of Operations, with no layers of middle management between you and the decisions that matter.

Our engineering process

Our backend runs on Ruby on Rails with Kubernetes infrastructure. Our frontend is currently React, and we're actively migrating to Vue 3 / Nuxt 3 — which is exactly why we're hiring. You'd be leading that migration, so deep Vue expertise is essential, and you'll need working React knowledge to read the existing codebase and translate it cleanly. We're AI-native: every engineer uses Cursor, Copilot, and LLMs as a daily part of their workflow, and we expect the same from new hires. We ship continuously, review code in small PRs, and lean on automated testing over heavy process.
