What We Do
In order to meet the challenges of our constantly changing business environment we have to be agile and innovate to create leading edge / integrated solutions which meet the requirements of our clients and their trading partners. And we cannot rely on third parties or outsources solutions... the capability to deliver IT solutions has become a core competency.
New technologies and trends such as The Internet of Things, DevOps and Big Data (amongst others) - are ushering in a new era of increased velocity in the supply chain and cost reduction through information sharing, integration and synchronisation between trading partners and service providers. And in the process the market is being transformed from traditional logistics concepts to the new age of Digital Logistics. Exciting times indeed!

Our Engineering Processes
Our process is founded on Agile principles (the Agile Unified Process to be more specific) combined with our own flavour of tried and tested principles to provide more "structure". We also believe that a process is never perfect and must constantly be fine-tuned based on lessons learned or new ideas / trends.
Our Hiring Process
Once you have been short-listed you will be required to complete a technical assignment to showcase your technical capabilities. The assignment can be completed in your own time and the format is consultative. Your output / deliverable will be used to discuss your architectural approach and solution design / selection of technologies.
If you pass the technical criteria of our selection process you will be required to complete an online PI Behavioural Assessment to see how your skills and behavioural profile matches up with the PI profile of the position.
Your PI profile will be used as input / guideline in the subsequent interview where your "soft skills" and suitability for the position will be assessed in more detail. It will also provide you with the opportunity to clarify and assess the work environment, job requirements, culture, etc. in more detail.
If you meet all the requirements for the position (and you are comfortable to pursue the opportunity further) you will be notified that you have been short-listed for a final round interview after which we will make our appointment.
