What we do

Haefele Software is a software development consultancy, specializing in Microsoft .Net and Azure ecosystems. Established in the UK in 2006 (SA in 2008, Australia and US in 2019), we focus on software partnerships with international clients, providing our clients with an offshore alternative to the usual suspects in Eastern Europe, Russia and China. We present South Africa, and Cape Town in particular, as a development hub with Western, English first-speaking talent in a central time-zone, ideal for complex software builds which require more collaboration.

Our Hiring Process

Initial meeting with Alan (Haefele), followed by a "Play date" (either digitally, or at our offices) with more members of the team followed by a Technical (or similar) assessment by one of our senior leads.
