Our Hiring Process

We don't have a set process as we don't want to over complicate it and it would depend on your skills and experience, but generally, we tend to move quite quickly, so having your calendar up to date will help ease the process a lot.

To give an overview of the process that we have followed in the past:

• We would start off with a quick call with our Head of Software Development.
• The next step will be a technical assessment to complete on your own time; followed up with face to face interview where we will talk more about the company and projects and also learn more about your skills and experience, so there will technical questions based on your past projects.
• After that, we complete background checks and then we will send through an offer.
