What we do

We are a B2B consultancy that leverages enterprise collaboration software to enable productivity in the workplace. In other words we help other business use IT properly so they can get more done. We do this by making products such as SharePoint and Office 365 work better than what they do out of the box by changing the look and feel, applying branding, creating workflows, integrating to other systems and supporting the entire solution after. We have a great track record with a number of large local and international clients.

We are a young ambitious company that challenges the status quo. We know that we can go further than where we are currently and need great thinkers, hardcore coders and dedicated people to take us to that next level. We have already started making a few of our own apps and looking to dominate our niche globally in 2017.

Our Engineering Processes

We get requests we workshop them and then we handover to a project manager to ensure we get it done. When we get inventive we create rapid prototypes, talk or shout amongst each other and handover to a project manager to ensure we get it done on time. Most of the time we get it right and take all the glory, sometimes we get it wrong and blame the project manager.

Our Hiring Process

We review your profile to see what stands out, we share it internally to the relevant teams and we send a practical exam or task which is timed and we evaluate the results. If all goes smoothly we move to the next step where setup an interview to meet and get a feel for you. Are you one of us type of meetings.
