Why Work For Us
We're a small bank with interesting & challenging big-bank type problems to solve. As one of our developers or technicians, you will have the opportunity to gain broad exposure in many aspects of the bank and banking industry.
You will participate in a small & close-knit team, which provides the unique opportunity to "show your stuff".
You will definitely not get bored or stuck in one area for the rest of your time at the bank.
We value an honest day's work, but at the same time expect people to take time off to recharge and spend with family and friends.
In our focused and dedicated teams, every developer's contribution and everyone makes a significant difference. Every developer who works in our business strives for technical excellence, therefore technical input is encouraged and welcomed by fellow team mates. Everyone is easy to work with and willing to share their knowledge and help the team get over the line.
There are no prima donna's here!
Our Engineering Processes
Each team consists of a project manager/scrum master, business analyst/product owner, quality assurance analyst(s), and handful of developers. We organize our work into 2-week sprints, chat about our progress daily (stand-ups), deliver features for testing throughout, and aim for a deployable release at the end of each sprint.
Our DevOps team assists with streamlining our CI processes and ensures we have repeatable automated deployments.
Our Hiring Process
We will invite you to take our ~2hr online technical test (www.testdome.com) to ascertain your skill level.
A face-to-face interview to follow on from the technical test.
If all went well, HR will be in touch to make you an offer.
