What We Do
Grindrod Bank is an investment bank which provides bespoke financial services, such as Commercial Property Finance, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking & Specialised Lending, to wealth clients, corporate clients, and institutional clients. We focus on leveraging a well-capitalised balance sheet with human intellect.
Grindrod Bank IT designs, builds, deploys & maintains most of the Bank's technology infrastructure & applications. We apply innovative & open thinking to IT problem solving.

Our Engineering Processes
Each team consists of a project manager/scrum master, business analyst/product owner, quality assurance analyst(s), and handful of developers. We organize our work into 2-week sprints, chat about our progress daily (stand-ups), deliver features for testing throughout, and aim for a deployable release at the end of each sprint.
Our DevOps team assists with streamlining our CI processes and ensures we have repeatable automated deployments.
Our Hiring Process
We will invite you to take our ~2hr online technical test (www.testdome.com) to ascertain your skill level.
A face-to-face interview to follow on from the technical test.
If all went well, HR will be in touch to make you an offer.
