GradConnection is redefining the graduate recruitment market globally. With offices in Cape Town, London, Sydney, Shanghai and Hong Kong, GradConnection is a disruptive player helping to connect employers to graduates faster than ever before.

Our development team is the core of what we do, and we strive to use only the best and latest technology to create the best UI/UX experience possible for our users. Our two main products are our GradConnection site, au.gradconnection.com (a student job portal connecting students/graduates to HR professionals), as well as our groundbreaking university campus software.

GradConnection was founded in 2008 by three young graduates...fast-forward almost 10 years and we have offices in 5 countries with an epic, global team! Our culture is important to us. Its simple. We are highly customer focused, deliver results and have fun along the way.

Our Engineering Processes

Our current software development stack consists of React JS, Redux and Python among others, and we are always looking at ways to be ahead of the curve both from a development perspective but also as a company. We as a team are passionate and take great pride in what we do - which is probably why we are so good at it :-)

Our Hiring Processes

After initial screening your CV, we will then invite you to pop in and have an interview with us. If all is still looking positive, we will then ask you to either send us some of your code (if you are happy to), or otherwise we will ask you to code something up for us so that we can check if we are a good fit. From there, we may ask you to come in and meet with a couple of other people in the team before we make you a formal offer. Easy peasy :-)
