Our Engineering Processes

Agile and heavily client focused. We work in cross-functional agile teams, and engineers have to plan their solutions. Engineers need to be able to understand and think, design and implement work in small teams. These include QA, BA's, and scrum masters We do testing and have decent code reviews.
