Genso Group of Companies was established in 1991 as a waste management organization. Over the last three decades we have grown our services to meet the needs of all industrial, retail and office clientele in Gauteng.

Our Process

Interviews will be conducted in three phases.

1. A introductory interview via video call will be conducted to ascertain whether or not there is a meeting of the minds and to establish a platform for a Q & A.
2. A second interview via video call will be conducted to establish technical ability. A candidate will be expected to provide the technical interviewer with his/her projects unless already provided.
3. The final interview will be conducted at our head office with our senior management team and company directors to determine whether or not there will be synergy between ourselves and the successful candidate.

Upon completion of the interview process an offer of employment will be extended.
