Our Culture
Garmin acquired iKubu in January 2015. We are proud to continue building on the small company culture instilled at iKubu. We love what we do, and make a point of having lots of fun at work.
Our Engineering Processes
Garmin's mature Engineering processes allow us to introduce in the region of 80 new products to the market every year! These processes coordinate the various stakeholders in the product development chain. Engineering teams however have lots of freedom to tailor development processes. We enjoy SCRUM with a dash of IMPROV!
