Our Hiring Process

We believe that hiring the right type of person is just as important as hiring the right skills set, and as such, we follow a 2 step interview process;

1. Skill tests and assessments that needs to be completed on-site to show us what you're made of.
   To be considered for this position you need to complete a small development test to ensure you possess the correct tech skills, should your results be successful and satisfying you will be contact to set up an interview

2. We'll invite you for an onsite interview with our CTO and Systems Architect, here we will focus less on technical ability and more on your personality and way of thinking.
