Our Engineering Processes

We have development teams in London, Cape Town, Kiev and Saint Petersburg. We follow Agile Scrum and Kanban processes. Our teams always experiment with new techniques and work with each other to get the best solutions. The teams work on various different functionality and there is also a rotation for maintenance to get familiar with our AWS set up and learn about our infrastructure.

Our Hiring Process

We initially set up a call to discuss what you're looking for and give you a better view of Fuse, its people and our tech stack. If we're agreed and you want to continue we set up a (fun!) technical interview with members of our development team.
