By providing the agent a platform which gives them the ability to reach buyers and sellers, and control their brand and lead, Flow is establishing a trusted lifetime relationship with the agent. Agents are able to automatically create a digital presence for themselves and generate 100's of ads from their profile and property listings on social media.
Through the growth in engagement of agents and their leads on the Flow platform, the ancillary services marketplace (mortgage, insurance, etc) is enabled and monetised, allowing agents to participate and create additional income.

Our Engineering Processes
We work on a version of agile, managed through a scrum process. Each engineer owns a section of the code while co-working engineers contribute. Roles are cycled for continuity and maintenance of high standard of code and convention.

We go though an relatively informal process including a first interview by a founder chatting about experience, culture, goals and technical issues, a light technical test and discussion with a senior engineer
