Flat Rock Solutions is an independent, entrepreneurial full service software development business that brings together deep software engineering expertise, design and business skills to build digital products and services that customers and users want, are commercially viable and that work.. all the time.

Founded in 2011 we service enterprises, digital design agencies and startups locally and globally from our base in Cape Town, South Africa. We currently have major projects based out of Barcelona, Spain and Amsterdam in The Netherlands and have recently established an office in Washington DC where we service our North American clients.

Our Hiring Process

Our hiring process is straightforward. The first interview will probably be a quick online interview with one of the founders, which could be followed by either a face-to-face interview or a follow-up online interview that would look at both fit and technical skills. At that interview we may ask you to share some code which we would discuss with you.
