Our Hiring Process

Their process consists of a 3 step process:

1. First interview with Lize (HR); Petrus (Current Technical Lead) and Jan (Senior Developer) who will be taking over Petrus role once he leaves. This interview will consist of technical and soft questions. If the candidate does well, next steps
2. Technical assessment
3. The final step will be a meeting with their Head of Operations Director and then offer.
