how do we hire
Ever hear of the Labours of Hercules? Yeah, it’s nothing like that. Our interview process consists of two rounds and may included a technical assessment from time to time. The first interview is for us to get to know you a bit better, and for you to get to know us a bit better. It focuses on culture fit, and some initial technical questions and an assessment. If the first round interview went well and you aced your technical assessment, you’ll may be shortlisted for the second round interview, which is usually with our CTO and/or CEO. After the second interview we'll make our final decision.
