Summary

What we do

We create amazing software products, perform bespoke developments for clients and even provide developer services. While we mainly focus on the enterprise and business-to-business space, that doesn't mean that we're stuffy and you'll find us using the latest technologies and tools to provide cloud developments with great user interfaces.

Why Work For Us

You’ll be part of a team that rocks! We’re R&D-driven, developer-orientated (our CEO used to be a developer) and you get to use the latest technologies and have real say in your projects. You’re exposed to problems at scale, whether you work on a cloud app with over 100 000 users or our SAP product managing 35TB of data.

We’re a global company – UK, US, SA, Australia, Europe and more - we’re growing and we offer a variety of perks like no dress code, remote working, medical aid, and our coffee’s not too bad either!

Our revenue helps protect elephants, rhinos and people. See ERP.ngo.

Our Culture

Friendly, relaxed – we’re a family and we know and respect each other. Honesty is a given and we work hard, play hard and even eat hard, especially at our monthly lunches around delicious food.

Our Engineering Processes

As one of the team you have a say in what we do and how we do it. Each team decides its own methodology, such as Scrum, Extreme Programming, or maybe a combination of good practices like Kanban, pair programming and code reviews. Automation is crucial so DevOps is high in our thinking, as is clean code, software craftsmanship and designing for scale.

Our Hiring Process

We'll start with a remote interview just to get a basic feel for company fit and after this we’d like to meet you face to face. Relax! It’s not our style to put you on the spot with some esoteric puzzles. Our aim is to get to know you, your background, your experience and what makes you tick. At the end of the face to face interview we might give you a minor take-home development challenge, depending on the role being applied for. We'll then schedule a final session, where we will review your solution. There won’t be a clearly correct or wrong answer, so we’ll discuss the choices you made and how you decided on them.
