ePETstore is a privately owned business.
At ePETstore our goal is to give pet owners easy access to uber cool pet stuff and expert
answers.
ePETstore is an innovative online retail and pet information platform in partnership with
leading veterinary practices and vet retail outlets throughout South Africa. Each practice or
vet retail outlet has its own dedicated store code. This store code links the consumer to
their preferred vet’s store on this platform. At ePETstore, together with vets, we aim to be
an online portal that meets the needs of pet owners all over SA. All this available to browse
and read/ buy 24/7.
ePETstore’s goal is to enable the consumer to quickly and easily find everything their pet
needs and more, get awesome service, chat to us and tell us what they need.
A wide and expanding range of high quality products, convenience, a 24/7 virtual shopping
and information environment together with an easy return policy and secure online
payments, are a sample of what customers can expect from us.
We are a team of animal-mad, pet-care guru’s passionate about giving great service and
assistance to pet lovers. Our main target market of pet owners is LSM 8 and above, mostly
in the major metropolitan centres. Age range mainly 35-55 years old but the 20-35 segment
is growing well for us.
ePETstore is a proudly South African company, committed to ethical, professional trade and
a ‘go green’ code of conduct.

ePETstore started trading nearly 7 years ago as a very small start up business alongside a
B2B petcare services business (Cube Route).
It separated into its own PTY (Ltd) approximately 3 years ago.
The current business plan is a 30% growth year on year 2022 vs 2021.
This will be achieved through some key levers eg. New website deployment with improved
shopping functionality, targeted areas in digital advertising, strategic partnerships with
trade customers and upgrades in internal systems, strategic skill hires.
