EnverSoft (Pty) Ltd. is a new software development company that helps large, medium and small size companies with their software problems. We are led by not just a visionary but also an experienced software developer who knows how to lead a team that will succeed. We are a team of professional workers aimed in providing world class services.

Our CEO

Werner has worked with different companies in various industries and helped solved their IT problems through software solutions. He however is not a solo worker, he manages various teams of his own and his clients. He has excellent technical skills as well as IT strategy planning, budget, project management and various other.

Qualifications

Werner holds a National Diploma in Information Technology from UNISA since 2006 and has obtained various Programming certificates. He has also attended a range of courses related to the IT industry and programming.

Skills

Werner has grip on different programming languages like C#, Visual Basic and JavaScript.He meticulously understands web technologies including ASP.Net Web Forms, Model View Controller (MVC), Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), Web Services (SOAP and REST) and has substantial experience in databases including Microsoft’s MS-SQL Server and Oracle.

Career

Werner started his career as a Desktop Technician in 1998.He quickly moved through the ranks as Network Administrator, Software Developer and IT manager for different companies and in 2008 he was a fully-fledged Software Developer working on contract basis for Gijima.In 2008 he offered his Development skills to Mercedes-Benz, and in 10 years of contracting to them, he has helped them to be one of the best digital brands in the world.

EnverSoft (Pty) Ltd. is the new company started by Werner in 2018 in order to provide the same successes to other organizations all around the world.

Our Engineering Processes

We do code first, also knows as domain driven design. We like to engineer the problem first and then code.
Each problem get's tackled in a logical process.
Simpler is definitely faster, especially if it makes code maintainability better.

Our Hiring Process

This is what you can expect when interviewing with us.
Our interview process has the following stages:

1. Initial phone interview to hear about you and give you an introduction about us.
2. Complete the assessments in a given time
3. Face-to-face interview and if all is good, we make an offer

A bit more about the technical assessment:
A logical problem to solve.
A CSV Manipulation program.
A mini project demonstrating CRUD functionality.

Could be a couple of days, depending on how quickly the technical assessments are completed by the candidate.
