Who are we

We're a team of engineers, designers, developers, and strategists who are passionate about empowering businesses with enterprise-level technology and skills. By leveraging software, we transform ideas into products and products into businesses.

Our Hiring Process

We use a 5-step process for hiring. Don't let this scare you though - we are very chilled people but for your sake and ours we want to ensure that this is the perfect fit.

  1. The first is a 10-minute chat. This is just an introductory chat with one of our friendly team members where we can just confirm some high-level details about you and your education/work history.
  2. The next step would be a culture-fit interview which gives both of us an opportunity to get to know each other a bit better. This is where you can fire away all your weird and wonderful questions. We prefer these to be done in person but since Covid, we understand that this is not always possible.
  3. A technical assessment is then done. Not too many details we can provide here because it depends on the role and what skills are required to ensure that we are setting you up for success. Typically it involves some team members and some mind-bending problem-solving.
  4. We then do a reference check. We ask you to set up these for us because who better to introduce us to your raving references than you.
  5. Finally, as the last step we invite you to a team lunch at our office. This is a great way for you to meet and engage with the full team so that you can see if Entrostat is your future home-away-from-home.
