Since we opened our doors in 2001, we have enjoyed exceptional growth, both as a company and as individuals. Our growth has taken us from our Joburg HQ to opening offices in Cape Town, Pretoria, Durban, Zimbabwe, New Zealand (deep in Hobbit country), Amsterdam, London, and Sydney. Our Engineering Processes
We make use of an iterative (or agile) scrum-based approach on all our custom software projects with the aim to collaborate as much as possible with our clients. We are firm believers of software craftsmanship, bug-free code, continuous delivery and improvements and other similar principles that encourage the development of highly scalable, maintainable, high quality enterprise solutions.
Our Hiring Process
Applications typically start online. If you seem like a good fit, we’ll give you a call to set up a virtual or in-person interview. Some parts might be technical but often we just want to see if we’ll be a great match for each other. This is also an opportunity to ask questions, so come prepared – we’re happy to answer them!
