Our Engineering Processes

We look to follow the Linear Method from a product development perspective with 2 week cycles. Our roadmap filters down through product managers that define the scope and purpose of our objectives. We make use of Github, a broad set of AWS services and a Typescript stack across all our projects. Notion is our documentation tool of choice and our general business practises are solved with GSuite. Engineers are a core component of our product design/delivery and all voices are valued.

Our Hiring Processes

We are always on the lookout for talented individuals who share our passion for technology, sustainability, and making a difference. We have a 3 stage hiring process and look to complete this process within 14 days of an initial interview. We're thorough, but move quick as there's no time to waste on the journey we are on.
