Eezipay builds and manages unique management solutions to suit any industry, and we have many years experience with cashless environments especially within the educational sector.

Our developers work together adding their individuals strengths as required to maintain and evolve complex enterprise management systems while being responsible for and utilising the latest industry standard container management system to help scale and automate the full life cycle of our software on resilient infrastructure.

When hiring developers, it is important to find the right fit in terms of skills, experience and personality and as such, we will evaluate the applicant on his CV interns of the skills and experience, and thereafter we will hold a face to face interview to get a feel for the personality and portrayed knowledge and ability in terms of the skills outlined in the CV.

Our hiring process:

Depending on the number of applicants and the success of the first interview, the applicant may be contacted to complete a small project to display their understanding and skills before returning for a second interview. Thereafter, the applicant shall be notified of the outcome via email.
