When hiring developers, it is important to find the right fit in terms of skills, experience and personality and as such, we will evaluate the applicant on his CV interns of the skills and experience, and thereafter we will hold a face to face interview to get a feel for the personality and portrayed knowledge and ability in terms of the skills outlined in the CV.
Our hiring process:
Depending on the number of applicants and the success of the first interview, the applicant may be contacted to complete a small project to display their understanding and skills before returning for a second interview. Thereafter, the applicant shall be notified of the outcome via email.
