Our Hiring Process

We check on your CV if you have the skills and/ or the potential to be successful in our team.
Then you talk to the CEO and the CTO, either in one or in two interviews, depending on the busy diaries.
If we believe that you would be a great fit for the team, and ECBM would be a great fit for you, we do a technical test session, where we let you solve some interesting problems.
If that is successful, we make you an offer.
