DriverSelect is an online market place where Uber driver-partners rent vehicles from vehicle owners. This is a dramatic shift from the previous model where drivers were employed and paid by vehicle owners. Through DriverSelect driver-partners are empowered to run their own business.

We like simple elegant solutions that last. We are a primarily PHP based, but we believe in using the right tool for the job. We love Domain Driven Design.

Our Hiring Process

In such a small team each person needs to fill a large role, and so finding the best person to fit each role is vital.

The process starts with a face to face interview with our CTO. Where we will discuss your background and experience and try to find out if we would be a good fit.

If the interview goes well there will be a programming project which you can complete at home, followed by a discussion of the project.
