Our Hiring Process
Topgrading is a chronological interview conducted by multiple people in the company at one time, not just the hiring manager. This is an integral part of the hiring process and covers the entire work history and personal accomplishments of the candidate. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to the second round of interviews with the department for a culture fit evaluation. An offer is then made within the next 24 hours.
