Our Hiring Process
This is what you can expect when interviewing with us.
Our interview process has the following stages:
1- screening questions sent to candidate via email: salary range, resending, notice period, portfolio links, etc.
2- 3 Video interview questions sent to assess communication and presentation (might skip this stage).
3- Screening call with HR to chat about company and role (15mins).
4- Technical assessment - take home test
5- Technical Interview: 1 hour, with hiring manager for technical deep dive on your submission.
6- Psychometrics and cultural interview with HR. About an hour.
7- Checks are run: criminal, background & references.
