Since then we have grown exponentially to the point where we are now in constant need of good resources. For a small company we have a lot of high profile clients, with a good track record of successful projects in Europe, the UAE as well as South Africa where our focus is.

CWARE tend to focus on custom software development for business, using Microsoft stack - we believe in good quality software.

We have a very relaxed and informal culture, as life is too short to worry about formalities.

Our development process is based on SCRUM as the Agile development process.

Interview process involves an online interview, with a technical test afterwards.
