Our interview process will start with a short Skype or call with a team member. This is just to say hi, and to prime you for the type of questions we'd like to ask at the interview. This will be followed by a code audition which you can do at home on your own time. If your code audition goes well, we'll schedule a team interview with you. Cultural fit is as important to us as technical proficiency. We would like to get to know you and for you to know us before we decide whether we are the correct for each other. The whole team will therefore be present for the interview, and you will be expected to ask many questions as us.
