What we do

Cullinan Holdings was established in 1901 as the famous diamond mining company which discovered the world’s largest ever rough diamond. The company is listed on the Johannesburg Securities Exchange under the Tourism and Leisure sector.

The Group has evolved rapidly from almost exclusively focusing on Tourism to the current business which operates in three major segments. These are Travel and Tourism, still the dominant segment, Marine and Boating and recently Financial Services.

Cullinan Holdings forms part of The Travel Corporation, one of the world's largest global travel experts, whose multi award-winning portfolio includes luxury hotels, boutique river cruises, independent holiday package companies and a variety of guided travel experiences.

The Travel Corporation is the largest shareholder of Cullinan Holdings Ltd, one of South Africa's oldest public companies, which owns household travel brands such as Thompsons Africa, Thompsons Holidays, Thompsons Touring & Safari, Springbok Atlas Tours and Safaris, Hylton Ross Tours, Planet Africa, Gateway Tours, followme2AFRICA and Pentravel, as well as marine businesses Manex and Central Boating.

In August 2015, Ashford Castle in Ireland was voted the world's best hotel by Virtuoso Travel Week, and third best world hotel in July 2015 by Travel + Leisure magazine in the U.S.

The company also owns and operates transportation services in various locations. Transportation brands include AAT Kings and Atlas Reizen (based in the Netherlands).

Other holdings include the Old Town amusement park in Florida and Bouchard Finlayson Winery in South Africa.

• Application Design and development

• Fixes & maintenance on current system
