Cognadev was established more than 20 years ago, fulfilling the need in the market for a fair and valid way in which to assess the competencies and cognitive potential of individuals across cultures.
Developers will have the opportunity to be exposed to cloud platform services, specifically Microsoft Azure, as well as the latest front-end and back-end frameworks and technologies. The canvas is often blank which allows developers to express themselves as long as requirements are met.
We are a small team where each member relies upon one another to learn and grow. We mentor each other wherever we can, but most importantly there is freedom (but as always, with responsibility). We look for the enthusiasm, potential and willingness to communicate, learn and grow. Experience is an added bonus, but it is not always a prerequisite.
We follow an Agile process from application inception and origination right through to build. We have started implementing a process of continuous integration, but as with every process there is room for improvement.
Relatively simple: we ask candidates to complete a skills check assessment, then an unstructured task and a cognitive assessment. Based on the results, we then invite successful candidates for an informal interview with developers and business representatives.
