What we do
We create workflow management applications that help businesses be more efficient and solve problems for our clients. We like to make it easier for our clients to do their tasks, so that they can expand their businesses further and hire more people too!
We have successfully helped companies with their software development needs, including Dulux, Intel, WayWithWords, MediPet, 247meeting, and many more!

We provide solutions to companies both locally and internationally. We believe in providing developers an opportunity to shine and become masters in their field. If you believe in strong standards, don’t-repeat-yourself practices, and think in components of code rather than monolithic methods, then this job is right for you.
We don't believe in one size fits all, but do believe in a modular approach to code development. We're not really fans of Salesforce or Monday.com for when the business needs software to run their own process. We like to build value for our clients.
Our Culture
Our culture is varied. We have a variety of developers, from South Africa, to Kenya, and the Philippines. As a group we are production driven, enjoy solving problems, and often help each other out. We also play the nerdle game every morning for 5 minutes before our daily stand-up.
Management also helps you on a regular basis to help you improve. We're team players.
We're mostly a remote based business as well, with a location in Johannesburg and Cape Town.
Our Development Processes
We run our projects using the Agile Methodology and have perfected (and still improving) the process over time. We have a Tech Lead, as well as each project has a Lead developer often with a supporting Developer. We prefer to pair developers based on complimentary strengths.
Every developer has their tasks/stories for execution and we tend to assign a feature to a developer. We're not strict on your hours but rather focus on work completed (Stories), which you score points on every week (gamified).
We're also growing our documentation of our processes and procedures, as well as always aspiring to build our documentation per project.
We also typically do not take on projects less than 6 months in length.
Our Hiring Process
Our hiring process was designed to help us determine the right fit for both you and us.
This process includes the following steps:
- Step 1: A quick 15 min technical assessment video call. (No tests).
- Step 2: A series of questionnaires and an IQ test.
- Step 3: A full 1 hour interview. 30 mins getting to know one another. 30 mins code review (you get to show off your stuff!).
- Step 4: A sample 8 hour project. We like to see proof in the pudding. Only a short list does this, and we exchange your project for a gift voucher to Takealot or similar.
This entire process takes about 1-2 weeks. The sample project is down to you and how quickly you can do it.
