What we do

Co-Flo Enterprise is a workflow optimization and process automation platform for Professionals. Co-Flo serves both professional services firms (law firms, accounting, tax and advisory firms) and in-house corporate teams (in-house legal, contracting compliance, HR, and employee relations).

Co-Flo is a unified workplace for professionals - encompassing: matter / case management, request management, document assembly, process automation, contract lifecycle management, BI and dashboards.

Co-Flo is a global B2B SaaS business, head quartered in the Netherlands. We develop and maintain our own software platform and distribute through regional Resellers.

We run a flat structure. We expect all our staff to be great problem solvers AND great communicators. We invest heavily in problem solving, communication and inter-personal skills training to make Co-Flo a rewarding and effective place to work.

Both of our Co-Founders are accredited Enneagram practitioners and take coaching and development very seriously.

As a team, we run fully remotely across our hubs. We appreciate how much our people value an extra 2 hours a day that they save by avoiding a commute. We strive to meet a couple of times a month at co-working spaces in our hubs (Amsterdam and Johannesburg) to connect and

Our Hiring Process

  1. Who you are, and how you think and communicate, are as important as your experience and skills.
  2. We run short, sharp fit interviews to make sure our strong culture is maintained or enhanced.
  3. We run case interviews to understand how you think, problem solve and communicate.
  4. We then run technical tests where relevant.
  5. You will be interviewed by managers and business leaders.
