Our Hiring Process

You will meet with Lorna, Raj, Mel or Thu from our Talent Team first over Google Meet, and will discuss your experience so far and what you are hoping to achieve next in your career. We will let you know how Cloudreach can help you on that journey and align you to the best role.

Next is the Technical Stage, which usually involves preparing a solution to a Technical Case Study (2-3 hours max) and discussing this solution in detail with some of our Technical team in a 90 minute Google Meet interview.

Finally, you will meet your Manager over Google Meet who will ask you some questions about your soft skills such as leadership, collaboration, stakeholder management etc, as well as talking through your upskilling and progression goals to give you an idea of how they fit within Cloudreach.
