Our Engineering Processes:

We follow the Agile and Scrum methodology, using Design Sprints to deliver products incrementally. This approach ensures there are frequent, incremental releases of software functionality to our clients and also provides a framework for continuous innovation, allowing the software to evolve in response to changes in business needs or market requirements.

Our Hiring Process:

We believe that having people with the right character is as important as having the right skills, so the first step is a meeting to get to know each other and see if we're a good fit. The next step is a short technical evaluation that we ask all candidates to complete. This is followed by an interview with our technical director to assess things like strategic thinking, initiative, communication and collaborative ability. If you impress us, then we're good to go!
