Our Engineering Processes
We firmly believe that a highly functional team combined with solid engineering practises lead to high quality software. Clean code is the norm and when it is not there better be a good business reason for taking a shortcut.
Our processes are minimal and based on the original agile manifesto. They adapt with changes in business requirements, technology and the lives of the team members.
Our Hiring Process
We typically have the following steps:
- Introductory interview to get to know each other and the company a bit better
- Two or so technical interviews with different team members. One will focus on a small take home assignment and the other will focus on concepts, problem solving and a bit of pair/live programming.
