DTS has a development team that focuses on building and supporting bespoke solutions for both internal and external customers.

Each person upon starting employment is given membership to online training platforms such as Pluralsight as well as a full MSDN licence.

Academic studies are also encouraged and funded by the company with time off for study and exams.
