Our systems need to handle thousands of requests per second with 50-100ms latency, these events are streamed into data pipelines that must process tons of event data that drive our targeting algorithms, campaign analytics and data management platforms. All this data, campaign and user management must be presented in an elegant and intuitive web interface and integrate with other ad tech platforms. All our servers need to run 24/7 and are spread across the globe, some virtual others physical - all need to be monitored and managed. We try automate everything.
