Our Engineering Processes
We work in cross-functional teams alongside procurement, finance, operations, and sales. Projects are usually sprint-based, depending on scope, and we mix structured workflows with startup-style flexibility.
Our stack includes SQL, Power BI, Excel-based logic layers, and APIs across ERP/CRM/e-commerce systems. We track tasks in Asana and use direct business inputs to prioritise the work that drives the most value.
You won’t be handed vague tickets — we involve engineers in problem-solving, from concept to execution.
