Summary

Boost is on a mission to deliver the right information, to the right people, at the right time. All care workers deserve to feel confident, supported, and ready to provide exceptional care. We're on a mission to reduce complexity across all roles, allowing staff to get back to what matters most - providing great care.

What we do

Boost works in the Adult Social Care sector in the UK and is on a mission to provide the right information, to the right people, at the right time, enabling all staff working in the sector to provide high quality care to those we care about. We’re building an ecosystem of connected compliance software – starting with Learning and Policy documents. We’re rebuilding and reimagining the way care staff learn and have access to the information they need to do their job. We’ve built our first set of products and are now starting to scale these up and expand our product line.

We currently have three products - Boost Learn, Boost Policy, and the Boost Digital Assistant. Learn is a Learning Management system, providing thousands of hours of training a month to care workers across the UK, getting them up to speed and able to deliver great care. Boost Policy is our newest product: a policy document management and distribution platform. We write and maintain template policy documents for care groups to use and customise. Staff can then access, read, and sign these policy documents. The sector currently treats policies as an insurance policy - we're on a mission to make them a useful part of a care workers workflow. Finally, the Boost Digital Assistant ties it all together - this is a mobile application that allows staff to access learning content, policy documents, and any other organisation document in the flow of work, powered by a LLM-based assistant. This allows care staff to get access to the information they need, when they need it, in the format they need it.
