Our Hiring Process

We find talent from a diverse range of backgrounds. On top of technical fit, we also place a huge value on culture fit. We look for impact-driven people- just like us! Our TA team is your first point of contact, from there you would be invited to an interview with the Hiring Manager, a case study or tech assessment and then possibly meet with the client for a final interview.

-Screening call -Call with hiring manager -Case study 24/48 hours then present to Hiring manager ( 15 min) then questions ( 1 hr in total)
