Our Engineering Processes

We think in multiple layers. The highest one is the system layer describing the different actors and components of our system. From there we move to a functional layer which describes the required functionality per component and/or actor. This functional layer gets translated into an application layer which is translated into code. Our layers go all the way down to the hardware layer. Using this methodology, everybody has a common reference and we can check continuously if the code we produce is still in line with our application and functional layer.

Our Hiring Process

3 rounds of rather informal mutual introductions meetings including 1 round with a more technical focus via a live case/assessment. Preferably at least one round in person.
